What is dye sublimation?
Dye sublimation is a heat transfer process that imprints your logos and graphics into the fibers of 100% polyester fabric to essentially make the designs part of the fabric. SHIRTSandLOGOS uses the process to create custom wearable garments and many other hard goods.
What are the advantages of dye sublimation over screen printing?
- Logos and numbers will NOT fade, crack or peel
- More detailed designs can be imprinted
- Unlimited amount of colors can be used
- Names and numbers don’t stick to your back when you sweat
- Colors on items stay vibrant wash after wash – year after year
- Reordering is simple – the minimum is always 1 piece
What is the difference between semi custom and full custom sublimation?
Semi custom is the process of taking an existing light colored garment and heat pressing a front and back logo. The printing area is limited to approximately 12″ wide by 16″ long.
Full custom sublimation allows you to create an “all-over” design – a completely custom garment with any colors, designs, effects and patterns you request.
What is the difference between semi custom and full custom pants?
Semi custom pants are offered in white, black, navy, or gray based color. The side panel area and belt loops can be customized with whatever sublimated “braid”, pattern, or text you request. Sponsor logos and player numbers may also be sublimated to these areas. Standard inseam length is 36″ unless specified by you.
Full custom pants are created in our warehouse and are ideal for matching any color used on your jersey. You can customize every inch of the pant with an pattern, text, logo etc. These pants can be made (in 2″ increments) from a 22″ waist all the way up to a 60″ waist and can have any inseam length. For optimal fit please order your jean size.

Do you offer a rush service?

How much are artwork/setup fees?
Artwork fees will be charged on an if-needed basis. If you have a design/artwork question, please discuss with your sales rep.
There may be additional fees for image redraws if you can’t provide vector artwork when needed. If you have the vector artwork for your sponsors logos please email your rep for use in your design.
We do NOT charge a setup fee for hats.
There may be setup/screen fees for screen print and embroidery.
What is the minimum order?
For sublimated garments and accessories the minimum is alway one. For hats, screen print and embroidered items the minimum is twelve.
How can I check on the status of my order?
Typical orders leave our facility in 15 business days after receiving your final artwork approval and payment. During our peak season (January-June) we experience a large volume of orders and it may lengthen production time. If your order has taken longer than 15 business days, you can contact your sales rep via phone or email. They should be able to tell you the date your items were printed, pressed and cut out. When your order ships you will automatically receive an email with the tracking information.
Do you send out sizing samples?
Please read the details of each product on our sizing chart page. We provide exact measurements of finished garments for you to compare to ones you may already have. If you need more clarification please email a sales rep.
Can I get that in a youth size?
Yes, almost all of our products come in youth sizes. Full dyes can be made all the way down to onesies for the youngest fans.
Do you color match?
We have sublimated color swatches on fabric strips that we can mail you. If you are looking for an exact color match to your color you will have to send the garment/item to us with the exact color you are looking to match. Reference our color page.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, they are available in any denomination and make great prizes for tournament directors to include in prize packages or a gift to a coach at the end of the season.
What is your return policy?
Please check your estimate for accuracy before paying and placing your order. Any mistake on an invoice is the responsibility of the customer. There are no claims on merchandise after 10 days of receipt. In the event that a mistake is made on our end we will replace the item at no charge.
